Your appointments are very important to us. They are agreements to reserve valuable time and space for you within our practice. These Policies are to clearly outline our expectations for patients so that we may best fulfill the expectations of our patients, which is to provide an excellent experience and deliver outstanding results.

Appointment Scheduling, Rescheduling, Cancellation, & Late Fees
- We require advanced notice of 24 hours prior to your appointment (48 hours for CoolSculpting) to cancel or reschedule without incurring a fee of $100 per appointment or forfeiture of any deposit. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will need to be rescheduled with a fee of $100. These fees are used to compensate staff that have been scheduled for your appointment.
- We require a credit card on file to schedule any appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you are authorizing Beyond Aesthetics to store your credit card information and charge any necessary fees in accordance with our customer policies.
- All consultation appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $50 which is stored as credit on your account with us. This credit can be used toward future purchases but expires after 6 months.
- CoolSculpting appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $100 per cycle and is stored as credit on your account which can be used toward future purchases.
We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks.
Use of Cell Phones
We request that you silence your phone while in the office and ask that you please step outside to talk on the phone.
Children in the Office
We request that you make arrangements for childcare during your appointment. If your children must accompany you, your clinician may stop your treatment if he/she determines the children’s behavior is creating an unsafe environment.
We do not see patients under the age of 14 but can refer you to specialists. Any minor must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can legally give consent to treatment.
Tips are very much appreciated by our esthetician staff. Tips are not expected by our medical staff, but we won’t stop you. You may give cash or give by credit card during your checkout.
Returns and Refunds
While we do not offer refunds for treatments or pre-paid treatment packages, we will always do are best to make sure you’re satisfied with your experience and with your results. Please bring any issues to our attention so we may rectify them. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any product. If a product is defective, we will send it back to the manufacturer for review and have them issue a replacement.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to cancel appointments at any time, but we strive to limit this occurrence as much as possible. Again, your appointments are very important to us, as is your trust and confidence in us.
