Medical Providers
Training
When you join our team you will first complete a Training & Assessment period. During this time you will be shadowing other providers and partaking in scheduled training events. You will also be given access to a large library of online educational resources. Your supervisors will be guiding, evaluating, and ultimately authorizing you to perform procedures. Completion of this period typically takes between 3-6 months.

Compensation
Our data-based compensation structure revolves around four status levels, with Training as the initial stage. During this phase, compensation may seem lower as compared to other medical field positions you could obtain. Remember, your training will equip you with essential skills and knowledge to excel in your new role, so just as we are investing in you, your investment will better position you for long-term success.
