Allergan Aesthetics, the manufacturer of Botox, Juvederm Collection of Fillers, Kybella, and Coolsculpting, has named Leslie Petersen, ACNP and Clinical Director of beyond|AESTHETICS, as an ACE (Aesthetic Clinical Educator) faculty member for 2021. Leslie has the distinction of being one of twelve chosen in the United States this year, which demonstrates her commitment to excellence in the field of Aesthetic Medicine.
“It is with great pleasure that I announce the launch of the 2021 ACE program. We are honored to have Leslie as a member in this important program which focuses on enhancing the skills of aesthetic providers across the country through targeted, hands-on training,” comments Lisa Otis, Associate Vice President of Professional Education with Allergan.
Bringing her nearly decade-worth of experience, Leslie will be instructing injection techniques and uses of Allergan Aesthetics products. As she’ll be covering a regional territory, primarily the western part of the country, Leslie will be working with diverse types of practices and providers of varying levels of experience and is looking forward to the opportunity to share knowledge with her colleagues out in the field.
“I am so thrilled and honored to be a part of the Allergan ACE program, not only to strengthen my practice’s partnership with the leading brand in Aesthetics but to also be a part of the medical aesthetics community’s effort to always be educating current best practices and standards. The better our clinical outcomes as an industry, the more it benefits everyone,” states Petersen.
While she isn’t traveling as an Allergan ACE, Leslie will continue to practice in her offices and serving as the Clinical Director for her staff of well-trained providers.
