Session 1 | 3–5 PM
General Admission — $45
Includes light bites and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.
VIP Admission — $65
Includes light bites, unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, a skincare gift bag valued at over $200, and an extra raffle ticket!
Session 2 | 6–8 PM
General Admission — $65
Includes passed and stationed hors d’oeuvres and one drink ticket.
VIP Admission — $85
Includes passed and stationed hors d’oeuvres, two drink tickets, a skincare gift bag valued at over $200, and an extra raffle ticket!
Important Ticket Information
Your ticket purchase comes back to you! After attending the event, your full ticket price will be converted into a beyond|AESTHETICS credit, redeemable toward any service or product. If you do not attend, your credit will be forfeited.
Event credits must be used by December 23, 2026, at 5 PM. Any unused credit after this date will be forfeited.
Holiday Event Ticket Terms and Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket to the beyond|AESTHETICS Holiday Event (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Event takes place on November 12, 2026 at Spanish Hills Country Club, 999 Crestview Avenue Camarillo CA 93010, from 3pm to 8pm. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase a ticket.
About the Event. Celebrate over a decade of medicine meeting art at our Annual Holiday Event at the Spanish Hills Country Club Lounge. The night includes a big announcement, a live Q&A session, live demos, lite bites, drinks, our best specials of the year, and over $10,000 in raffle giveaways. Join fellow b|A enthusiasts for a festive evening.
- Ticket Purchase
- Each ticket admits one (1) named attendee. Ticket price is per person.
- Tickets must be purchased by 11/12/2026. We may close sales earlier if the venue reaches capacity.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
- Your purchase is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us .
- Tickets are for personal use and may not be resold.
- Attendance and Check-In
- Attendance is recorded at check-in. You are considered to have attended once you check in at the Event with your confirmation.
- Check-in opens at 3pm and closes at 8pm. Attendees who arrive after check-in closes may be treated as no-shows at our discretion.
- Only the named ticket holder may check in. Attendance is recorded for the ticket holder, not for guests or substitutes.
- Credit for Attendees
If you attend the Event, the full amount you paid for your ticket is credited to your account as a credit toward future purchases at beyond|AESTHETICS.
- The credit equals the ticket price paid, excluding any separate fees or taxes.
- The credit will be applied to your account within 1 business days after the Event.
- The credit may be used for purchases at the office only. It has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
- The credit is not transferable and cannot be combined with or assigned to another person.
- The credit expires 12/23/2026 at 6pm. Unused credit after that date is forfeited.
- Where permitted, you may apply the credit in one or more purchases until it is used up.
- No-Show Policy
If you purchase a ticket and do not attend the Event, you forfeit the full cost of your ticket. No credit, refund, or partial payment will be issued.
- This is because we commit to headcount, food, and venue costs at Spanish Hills Country Club based on tickets sold.
- A no-show includes anyone who does not check in by the time stated in Section 3.
- Illness, travel problems, scheduling conflicts, and other reasons do not change this policy, unless we approve an exception in writing under Section 6.
- Cancellations, Transfers, and Exceptions
- Ticket sales are final. Tickets are not refundable.
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying beyond|AESTHETICS in writing by 11/10/2026. The new attendee must be named, and the credit under Section 4 goes to the person who checks in.
- Requests for an exception must be sent to info@seewhatsbeyond.com before the Event. Exceptions are granted only at our sole discretion and must be confirmed in writing.
- Conduct and Venue Rules
- The Event is held at Spanish Hills Country Club, a private venue. You must follow all club rules, including any dress code, alcohol policy, and parking rules.
- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and club employees.
- We may remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or violates our workplace policies or the club’s rules. A removed attendee is treated as having attended for purposes of the Event, but we may withhold the credit in Section 4.
- Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to club property.
- Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation home.
- Changes or Cancellation by Us
- We may change the date, time, program, or menu if circumstances require. We will notify ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible.
- If we cancel the Event, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price or, if you prefer, a credit for the same amount under the terms of Section 4.
- If we reschedule the Event, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund or credit within 10 days of the notice.
- We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs you incur in connection with the Event.
- Liability, Photos, and General Terms
- Assumption of risk. You attend at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, beyond|AESTHETICS and Spanish Hills Country Club are not liable for personal injury, or for loss of or damage to personal property, during the Event.
- Photos and video. We may photograph or record the Event and use the images for internal and promotional purposes. Tell us at check-in if you do not want to appear in them.
- Changes to terms. We may update these terms before the Event. The terms in effect when you purchase your ticket apply to that purchase, unless the law requires otherwise.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
